New App developed - how to publish?

I've created a simple app that monitors your external IP address and
sends you an alert if it changes. (Useful if you're too cheap to pay
for DynDNS services!) Only... how do I get the code and the app
published on the Growl apps list?

you post here and ask! =)

send me a) a link to a page/blog/etc about the app (or the direct
download link if you dont have a page/etc), and b) a .png image to use
as the icon (at least 48x48px) and i will add it to the list of apps
on the GfW website.

Alright!

So.

Snag the zip from http://solariafoto.ca/PublicIPLookup.zip

Extract it to a folder of your choice, and to activate, just run
the .exe and it will bring up a configuration form. You would need to
reconfigure it if you move it later, so it's best if you don't move it
around once configured.

Apologies for taking so long to deal with this - it somehow got lost in the shuffle and I just recently figured out that I had not yet handled it. I will get the app added to the GfW website shortly.
