is Growl still supported?

I'm stuck with a version of the framework that still has 32bits executable. I can't upload my app to the App Store because of this.

So, is Growl still active? If so, is there a 64bits only version? If so, where?

Are you having problems because the framework is universal? If
so, I would imagine that using "lipo -remove i386" on the Growl
executable inside of the framework would fix this. (Use "man
lipo" for more information.)
