Highlights:

- MailMe can now send using MobileMe sending accounts! (Theoretically. Please test this!)
- Debug logging for the #157 crash; please send us crash logs and be ready to send us console logs
- New icon! Complaints should be accompanied by an accurate high-resolution (512×512 or power-of-4 multiple thereof) redraw of the old icon.
