Highlights:

• Compatible with Mac OS X 10.6.7
• We now show version number in the GrowlMail preferences pane
• CalDAV calendar accounts are no longer listed in GrowlMail's list of incoming-mail accounts
• We no longer show a random innocent contact's icon on messages (mostly spam) that have empty From headers
• Updated to Iiro Jäppinen's new icon
