are you heating your hoop house at all? that could be early to put
them out there otherwise.. the big thing would be keeping the night
time temps above 50 if possible, definitely not lower than 40.. could
permanently stunt the peppers. and make very unhappy tomatos.. I
know the farmers who use unheated High Tunnels will plant out in
mid-April and they feel that is pushing it some times.. again, mostly
due to night time lows.
