1. Join John Root on a walking tour of common edible wild plants found in Amherst. Focuses on identification and uses of wild plants for food and beverage inlcuding distinguishing characteristics, seasons of availability, habitats, methods of preparation, and nutritional value of our town’s most common and appealing wild plants.

   3. Jam Making Workshop -  Strawberries are in season and at their peek flavor!  Join Peg Thibbitts to learn how to cook and preserve this bountiful fruit so that you can enjoy it all year long!
