Hello Anagha / Kamal,

A resource with blood group of B Negative may require for replacement of blood for my Father-In-Law. This requirement may be during this week. Hence, I would like to make a list of people who can be of help in case of emergency.

The patient is diagnosed to have ‘Critical Triple Vessel Disease’ and is recommended to have CABG surgery (Coronary Artery By-Pass Grafting). The surgery will be on Thursday, 14^th Apr 2011.

Patient’s blood group is B Negative.

I would like to have the below information:

1. Name

2. Blood Group

3. Contact Number

4. Age (optional)

I would like to request to update the above information for my reference via below link.
