I went to the topic "New Features?" here at this group:
http://groups-beta.google.com/group/groupowners/browse_thread/thread/dc9ba906eaa2e362

To my surprise, I wasn't able to reply here.
At all other topics, there's a "reply" link underneath each message,
but not here.

Is it perhaps possible to disable the ability for people to reply in
certain topics? How did you do that?
