I just took over this GROUP. I find that I can ADD & REMOVE members from the list Ok but I see that although there are 3 COLUMNS:
NAME.........EMAIL........ Member (owner etc)
when I try to put (ADD) a NAME under the NAME heading and a different - ( their actual email address) under EMAIL (separated by COMMAS like it indicates) it doesnt work.
What I get is EITHER the name or email under BOTH columns..I cant get NAME under NAME and Email under EMAIL ?
Right now I have a LIST with EMAIL addresses under both COLUMNS .. and no names
Any ideas ?
