Groupon API is not workingfor me

I am trying to develop Groupon API
For each division Iam trying to get deals

I have give this kind of sample URL
http://api.groupon.com/v2/deals/billings.xml?client_id=5f8c8bca737523bf069cb85fd702ee898e5d971f

http://api.groupon.com/v2/deals/charlotte.json?client_id=5f8c8bca737523bf069cb85fd702ee898e5d971f

Iam not getting any deals
browser iam using is:chrome

Error I am getting is
{"error":{"message":"Unable to find deal","httpCode":404}}

But If I go and see this URL
http://www.groupon.com/charlotte/all?utm_medium=afl&utm_campaign=3632888&utm_source=rvs
This works

this should work:

https://api.groupon.com/v2/deals.json?division_id=charlotte&client_id=5f8c8bca737523bf069cb85fd702ee898e5d971f

on a side note, it's probably a good idea to key your api key to yourself...
