I was taking a look at sites like citypockets.com and
dealsgoaround.com and noticed they have a voucher import feature. Is
this something that is set up with Groupon directly, or are they
running some sort of script?
If it is a script, any possible ideas on what they're doing to do the
import? Is it safe?

Groupon APIs do not provide for voucher importing or any other access
to user's account by a 3rd party app.
What mentioned sites are doing is not supported use of Groupon Assets.
It is definitely not safe.
