Set up Bot in Groupme

Hi, 

I have finally logged into the developer page. I created a bot and placed in group but am clueless as to what a 

Callback URL and Avatar URL is?

Can somebody PLEASE walk me through the setup from beginning to start. The bot is not responding in my groupme.

Callback Url is the Url that runs every time there is a message posted

Avatar Url is the picture you want to show as your bot's image
