Looks like someone enabled SendGrid in development mode:

15:36:17 worker.1    | Net::SMTPFatalError: 550 Cannot receive from specified address <no-r...@groupiter.com>: Unauthenticated senders not allowed
15:36:17 worker.1    |  - Performing CommentSender 1

My personal opinion is that emails should never be enabled in development (and especially not test) since that opens the door to real users getting spammed (with links to localhost:8080 or whatever). But if someone wants to make the case for it, go right ahead... but if we're in agreement then we need to track down this setting asap.

Personally, I really like sending emails from Dev.  At the moment and for the next few months, I expect that we will only have 1 user in our database, so the risk is low, but  know this does break best practices.  The case i would make it that when i develop, i spend a lot of time also looking at the interface and my inbox to make sure everything is working.  More so, when building emails, they are absolutely horrible  to style.  I must have sent about 200 emails to my self while styling the templates.

Usually though, I re-enable them locally, then diable them before pushing.

Yeah, that's the tricky part... remembering to disable them.
