It's an uptime monitoring service. If your site goes down it tells
you; if it's any good it's checking from multiple points so we can
tell if some users can't reach the site even if others can.

I didn't set it up and I don't have a login; I thought Tim set it up
but I might be mistaken. If anyone has a login it should be in the
LastPass vault, but I don't see it there.

I'm just getting the daily reports, not the just-in-time alerts. They
started arriving around 11/9/12.

FWIW i think it's pretty useful. For instance it shows that we had a
*bunch* of downtime on 2/19, after many weeks at 100%. What's up with
that? Either we had a problem or they did, or both.

I'm going to try making myself an account and see if I can edit my
settings there.
