Good evening, everyone

I hope you are all enjoying the paediatrics rotation. I'm writing this email to shed some light into a few important points:

1. Do not delegate the responsibility of of marking your own attendance to others. Make sure you sign both your attendance and leave. If anybody gets caught forging a signature, none of you will like the consequences.

2. The department of paediatrics has made it clear that tactfulness, diligence, and commitment are desiderata of a successful internship. It is your responsibility to adhere to their rules and edicts to pass the paediatric rotation.

3. If you manage to follow the rules, your chances of passing the rotation are guaranteed.
