Hey Amrut,

Were you the one who volunteered to get the papers checked? Guys if
everyone is serious then we should decide on the fee that we are
willing to spend for legal opinion and share it amongst the group.

I have the documents with me Amrut please tell me where can I give it
to you. I am working out of VTV. I think someone else along with me
volunteered to find out which banks can give loans and the rate of
interest. Any update on that?

I second the plan of legal opinion and sharing of fee amongst the group.

Currently, the group has 86 members.

Close to 30 have updated the contacts-excel-sheet.

I have no clue on the lawyer's fee but shelling out a few hundred bucks per head for this one-time check is worth.

I checked with SBI bank, they gave me a lawyers number. The rate is fixed at 1500rs i believe. But it really doesn't matter if Amruth can take it forward and we are paying somewhat similar cost it should not be a problem. I would prefer someone you know personally rather than just go to anyone.

If its 1500-2000 range then it comes to approx 100rs /person.

Yes i am the one who called you yesterday.
My dad works for Central Bank of Inida, so was planning to show it to
the Bank's lawyer.
Even am not sure how much will be the fees.
First let me pick the papers from you some time today, and then will
update you guys.

yesterday,
But am not able to find that in the set of docs which you gave me.
Does that booklet contain the NOC.

I have not seen the docs so i am not aware if that NOC is in that set of docs. If its not there let me know and i'll ask the owner to provide it.
