Guys hardly any responses. I am not sure how many will turn up so I am
going to the complex and then seeing the numbers will decide what to
do. If we are even 5-6 of us we'll go ahead and negotiate for the
price range and see what happens.

It appears to be first come first serve basis. Also according to the builder what we talked today, plot no. 35 to 44 (10 nos.) are already sold. So people should not consider them while choosing.

I dont think a universally editable google spreadsheet can be used for allotment of any kind.

We had a talk of taking lots during the first site visit. If not lots, some other scheme should be at play.

It shouldnt be that the people who took the pain to initiate and assemble the group are left with no preferred-option to buy :-P

It shouldnt also be that people go out of way to procure the site of choice.

All this had come up in the first site visit.

Having said that, I havent marked any site number against my name on that sheet.

I dont see that column to be of any significance. The sheet was primarily meant for gathering contact info for meeting the owner to do rate negotiation.
