You will get loan. Its their responsibility. They said SBI or LIC like that.
But only thing is they will get the loan for 50-55% of the total amount rest you need to pay cash.
Coming to approval they said it will be done in August.
I have bought it for 1000 rs per sqft. Now i got to know that they are selling for 1050 per sqft.
What i have sent is phase 1, which will take 6 months to complete it seems.
Now the pre launch is going on.
Coming to other Good things i have seen.
Positives

1) 300 sqaure feet ring road coming up adjacent to this layout.
2) Prestige tranquility project with 2300 apartments coming up just 2.5 km from this layout. If prestige is coming up obviously there will malls everthing coming up in that area.
3) from budigere cross towards this layout, there are some 4-5 projects coming which are row houses, villas etc.
4) Now the price is cheap as no development work is done and yet to get the approval. Because there is a tulip villa plots project people might have heard, there they are selling for 1500 hundred rupees near this area. By considering this the apperciation will be very good in the coming days.
5) There is BMTC bus service in that road.
6) its just 10 km from white field. some new tech park is coming up near to budigere cross. I do not know the name of it. But the constuction is almost over.
Negatives
=========
1) Distance from Majestic.
2) For blocking a site 1 lakh has to be paid.
3) May be for constructing a house one has to wait for atleast an year.
