Any feedback on Mahaveer Oaks (off Jigini, anekal main road)

Guys,

I saw this advertisement in newspaper and enquired for Mahaveer Oaks project (http://www.mahaveergroup.in/projects_info.aspx?pg=prj&plnk=inf&cid=34&scid=40) which is coming up near Jigini, Anekal main road.

Its a BMRDA approved 15 acre layout with enough amenities like: 24 Hr Water Supply, Over Head Electrification, Underground Sewage, Box type Drainage System, Asphalted Road, Park, Large Landscaped Garden, Playground for Children, Sewage Treatment Plan and Round the Clock Security.

I spoke to them over phone and they are quoting Rs. 650 per sq.ft. which is "negotiable". Bank loans are also available for the site.

What do you guys think the scope of this project and rates etc. If its worth then we can plan on a group buy and get some discount.

Mahaveer Oaks seems to be a better choice. I have been to this area
and like the place, keeping in mind long time investment opportunity.
I'm in if we are able to negotiate a group deal and get the price down
to 600

This looks to be a better one at least it is approved property and would avoid lot of hassels in furture. Do you think we should plan for a site visit to see how the area is ?

If the property is approved by BMRDA, does not mean its the end of it. In the sense, there wont be any issues ?

How far is this place from Electronic City ? What banks are offering loans on this ? Has anybody been to this area before ?

I think we should explore this fast before he raises the prices sensing IT community is looking for plots. I heard infosys people are also thinking so we should decide fast.
