Folks are filling "selected sites" in this doc.  Allotment of sites, is it purely based on "First Come First Served basis".  Or any other basis is there?.....................Just to get some clarity on it................

Guys, i see some conflicting thoughts on picking the sites. I do agree that some folks have taken the pains to visit the site first and be there for all negotiations etc. It is probably the right thing that they get the preference. That said, there is no way we can be sure who came for the first visit and who all were there at what meetings so its probably impractical to start tracing that out now. My suggestion is that we just go ahead and pick our preferences and lets talk to the owner and see if he can give any of those sites that he claims to have been sold.

Hello Ananth and all.

I think we should go ahead and put this in an excel sheet as to who prefers what. If there are any overlaps we can work out mutually just so that we all approach the owner collectively rather than individually.

It is a thought, if everybody agrees to it.
Also, Please share thoughts if we can get a loan to avail these sites.

I agree with you Raju! Lets first figure out the preference, get a legal opinion, figure out the bank loan details and then approach the owner. I think only after all these are done will be have a clear idea as to how many would be interested. If some drop out during the process then obviously the sites they have marked will be available to the others.
