Hi All,
I just visited the site yesterday evening.
I needed a small clarification , probably every one would have taken note of the same.
On the site, you would have seen a iron barricading , with a small deserted  hut built, with some cows grazing,  its nearly on the center of the site.
I inquired about the same with a lady worker resided in the site, she told that the piece of land with iron wire barricading belongs to some one else , other than the builder.
Is it fine that a small piece of plot in the middle of site, belongs to some one else, can it be a issue further down the line.
Thanks & Regards

Can some one confirm on the price agreed today? Has some one confirmed the intent to purchase based on the agreed price?

I dont think a universally editable google spreadsheet can be used for allotment of any kind.
We had a talk of taking lots during the first site visit. If not lots, some other scheme should be at play.
It shouldnt be that the people who took the pain to initiate and assemble the group are left with no preferred-option to buy :-P
It shouldnt also be that people go out of way to procure the site of choice.
All this had come up in the first site visit.

Having said that, I havent marked any site number against my name on that sheet.
I dont see that column to be of any significance. The sheet was primarily meant for gathering contact info for meeting the owner to do rate negotiation.

Anantha, your views please..

It appears to be first come first serve basis. Also according to the builder what we talked today, plot no. 35 to 44 (10 nos.) are already sold. So people should not consider them while choosing.

Can we check with the owner regarding this.. otherwise donot see a chance that only one piece of land in the middle f the property is only with a family.
Hopefully they donot come up with objections/court cases later or with some or other demands!

I also visited the site y'day and have a couple of questions;
Why the back-side (or the 4th side) is not covered by a fence/wall? Is the builder obliged to give a road to the area behind this property?

Have somebody confirmed, the survey is single or multiple? If the survey is multiple, chances are there for the corners  being encroached.
