Hey folks,

Considering the following facts and some basic assumptions please let
me if you would be interested.

Facts:

1. DC converted land
2. Panchayat Khata
3. Is 5.2KMS from Hosur road
4. Layout is 1km from Ghattahalli and 2kms from Hoskur main bus stop.
5. There is a huge BMTC bust depot around 2.5 Kms from the site on the
road towards Bangalore Fruit Market.
6. Price is quite competitive
7. Janapriya housing society is already come up 1.5km from this place.

Assumptions:

1. Price will be between 700-750 rs per sq feet.
2. We will be able to get loan for the property from some bank
3. Water tank is done by the builder we should take that in an
agreement
4. Prestige villa projects are coming up within 1 km from this layout
and

If someone wants to add to this feel free. If this is what we have,
how many would be interested. Guys, paper work verification all that
is secondary. Are we willing to look at it from a buying perspective.
Do you feel its worth it in the first place? If yes, how many would be
surely interested?

I inquired at SBI and IDBI. IDBI used to give loan on plots falling under panchayat or having B khata till last september but now they have stopped because of stricter RBI rules. Even if the plot is BBMP/BDA approved they require construction to start within 6 months (at least foundation).
SBI has condition for construction within 2 years.
