By the way, lets decide on the price to start with. Someone suggested
650rs we can start with that but we need to set an upper limit too. So
what will be the max we would go up to is something we need to decide
as a group. For those who cannot come appreciate if you can give your
figures that you are willing to stretch up to.

The initial quote by the builder was 850rs.

We'll fix a price to start the negotiations and end the negotiations.
Whatever happens, we should close the price talk tomorrow and look at
the next steps if things are favorable.

Everyone interested to buy are welcome to the negotiations.

Based on the price in the surrounding areas and on the inputs given in the chain,650 should be the max limit,if extended can stretch up to 675/-,may be should start from 550 and lock it at 650/-

Good quote. May be bargain should happen like that.

Most of the amenities are not there. Moreover make a deal such that some amount of cash should be given in such a way that ones he completes over head tank and drainage system properly, then only it will be given.

If one sees the layout plan he did not left any area for over head tank or public use.

Sachin's price range is correct and also, the layout plan doesnt have any space left for civic amenities.

this has to be taken care. Except roads, he hasnt left any other space.

considering 40:60, looks like is he is currently only around 20:80.

We have to talk on this as well.

Yes we can plan the overall amount,and divide them into installments and make sure he gets the amount as per the civic amenities delivered and this would all take some paper work which a lawyer can take care of.

With the last installment we can make sure all amenities are delivered as promised and can give him or take timelines as well for the delivery and payment.

sachin or karthik mentioned we should be able to ensure that it is
complying with the legal or governing authorities to maintain the
mandated civic amenities like drainage, overhead tank or the necessary
space to be left free etc.
