Blast from the past! Group 8 Allstars

Hi team! Not sure if this distribution list still works but I am busy prepping for my first team meeting at a new job.  One of the things I always do is go over a team charter and values and as a short intro speak to strengths, motivators, comm style, triggers.

Believe it or not, I went back to our MBA emails and read from our Professional Development final assignment for some insight! 5-6 years later that is still a helpful exercise! Was really great re-reading different contributions we each made to that project.

Hope you all are doing well across the world! I'll be coming to Cape Town in a week for a visit so it's fitting this was top of mind!

Hey Anne and everybody else

Crazy how much time has gone by. I have been in London for close to a year but we have been travelling a lot which has been great! Discovered that I live not far from Tom, so I've seen him a couple of times.

I almost feel I need to redo the Insights profile again. I'm sure by now I have changed a lot.

I hope you are well doing really well! We are back in Cape Town over Easter if anyone is around then! Nic, see you at Two Oceans!
