PD Assignment

Hey boys and girls,

as discussed today each of us is preparing her/his individual thoughts around the structure we agreed to during lunch for our meeting next week. The way we are going now, requires probably a bit more efforts instead of just assigning the different sections to one person. But it will definitely be more insightful at the end of the day. So we should try to be honest with regards to our answers

Section 1:

For the following "events" each of us should prepare a write-up:

1) Invitation of the German/ first meeting

2) Malven mail/coming/leaving

3) Orientation week/ challenges

4) Discussion around women issue

5) BGS Assigment and workload at that time

6) I&E assignment/Integrative Thinking

Thereby the following questions can be of help:

What did you expect before the event?

-          How did it go?

-          What did you learn?

I t is very important that our observations are linked to our individual discovery insight profiles and if applicable and feasible:-) built around some of the theoretical concepts covered in class...It is also important that you reflect on your inner work, that took place within these events (With what were you struggling with? How did you handle it? What did you learn?)

Section 2:

Please also prepare half a page around the following questions:

- What did you learn about yourself?

- about others?

- about relationships and their importance?

- and coummunication with other team members?

I will send a meeting request for next week in a few minutes. Please prepare you input till then.

Hello together,

please remember to send your PD write-up till tomorrow morning (content: see mail below)? You can use the template attached and answer the questions. The deadline is the 19th of August so I would suggest that each of us writes up her/his event till Wednesday the 14th. Please do not forget to identify one theme for your event and to find a literature piece (ideally one of his rubbish).

Please also answer section 2 because it will give us additional input for the assignment.

Sorry for the delay! Here is my piece. Not the best piece of writing i've ever done but hope it fulfills the needs for this assignment. I'll start working on the write up for my topic tomorrow so if all can send through anything I'm missing will be great!

Hey all,

please find attached my write-up for the event "Wicked Problem". Please send your input till Wednesday the 14th. I would suggest that the write-up should contain:

• Times New Roman, 1.5 space lining
• at least two references with APA and a bibliography
• a short-introduction about the event -> Shadrick does not know what was going on there
• one main theme/learning outcome

Warren will send his write-up for the different events by today. 

I thought about a possible structure for the assignment that we can directly go on on Wednesday. To ease the process, I already assigned the different sections, please let me know if there are any objections. 

• Introduction (Jeremy)
• The process/methodolgy (Fabian) -> I think Shadrick will like it if we explain how we got the content and that we honestly spoke about strengts, weaknesses,...
• The events which formed our group (we already did that by Wednesday)
• Comparison of our team wheel -> our opinion at the beginning and how it differs to now (Anne) -> I would suggest that we discuss the different points shortly in a meeting on Wednesday or Thursday
• Learning outcomes for our group (Nick) -> based on the themes each of us identified in the write-up
• Stumbling Blocks/What we could have done better (Fabian)
• Conclusion (Dylan)
• Appendices (Our individual write-ups for the events -> he will love it)

I hope that is okay for all of you and think it will meet Shadrick's expectations. I will send around a 30 minutes meeting request for Wednesday.
