Dear all,

as we are almost done I would like to have the final chat. Decision
should be yours. Someone should initiate Doodle poll for voting
purposes and suggest the time slots. It should be on Monday or
Tuesday.

Suggest several time slots and we will vote. Who will have the honor?
Szymon? Anu? Iliyan :) ?

Post the voting link here in discussion section. I'm going on the trip
today and won't be back until Sunday. Next Wednesday I'm leaving for
Lisbon and from there directly to Ohrid so I will be very busy. Please
plan the chat for the Monday or Tuesday.

No matter who will initiate the timeslots, few things should be done:
1. After clicking the link one should "Delete all participants"
2. In the next step one should clear the old dates and click on the
desired days - Monday and Tuesday
3. In the final step one should enter the desired time slot for each
day.

As for the chat - I will have a flashmeeting with the project
coordinator, Effie tomorrow morning. She is very pleasant and warm
person, so please participate in the interview if she asks you, ok?
Feel no fear, because you did a great job and she will ask you
something about your personal experience regarding the course.

Some persons can't make it this week and I would really like for all
of us to be present at this latest chat. Since I will be gone (again)
from 11th till 21st of June, I propose to postpone this chat for 24th
of June. I will propose several time slots for the mentioned date. Can
we agree on that?
