it sounds goog
we can use :

List of evaluation criteria are used in design of course roster and
they can be used to check the quality of our course in peer review and
formative evaluation

Non-numeric scale to be applied for evaluation of each one of the
criteria to create a feedback form that should be used from our
students to give their opinion about the quality and effectiveness of
the course

Scoring, Analysis and Conclusion can be include as a description of
assessment of our students

Thank you Korneliya.

I would ask the others to comment now. This has to be done asap, so,
the sooner you all comment, the sooner i can make the summary and the
sooner this responsibility will be over :)

If you agree with everything here and have nothing to comment just
write a reply saying that "I have nothing to add, i agree with
everything", so i don't wait for comments and lose precious time.

Thanks

I think that this criteria is so good... I don't know what i can add...

But I've a question: the student gets a points. If he gets  a one point  with each criteria, he will have the least 20 points, not 10. If I think good, I'll change a ranges.
For example:
(86-100 points) (95-100)

Excellent - outstanding performance with only minor errors (90%-100%)

(66-85 points) (76-94)

Very good - above the average standard but with some errors (65%-90%)

(50-65 points) (60-75)

Good - generally good work with a number of notable errors (35%-65%)

(31-49 points) (40-59)

Satisfactory - fair but with significant shortcomings (10%-35%)

(10-30 points) (20-40)

Fail - considerable work required before the credit can be awarded

The numbers we'll be able change...

Yes, I agree of course – starts from 20 onwards

I will implement it later into the document’s final version when everybody say ok

Thank szymon
