Hi All!

Today is a BIG day in our team, we released UGENE v1.6: http://ugene.unipro.ru/

I know there are a lot of people involved in software development for
molecular biology in this group.

I would invite all of you to review the possibility to reuse our
codebase to solve your local problems.

We have a lot of work done to integrate popular packages into the one,
tuned all of them to be built on multiple operating systems, optimized
some of the algorithms, introduced common data model to share results
between different packages and added friendly user interface.
