i am new to bioinformatics, my assinment consists of To use any
bioinformatics, biocomputing and protein tools available online to
draw and describe the results from aresearch paper. The images should
include a) description of the peptides synthesized in the paper as
part of the known structure and b) sequence homology of the OCN
peptide (that inhibits TG-activity) with FXIIIA substrate recognition
sites.
what tools can i use and how to doit?
