Hi all,

First of all I wish you all the best for this new year.
I know that I could do some Google to find Human miRNAs Database, but
if some of you have some feedback, comments it is always better. Like
why should I use more this one than another etc.

Thanks in advance,

Fred

Hi Fred,

    Check out this database http://www.mirbase.org/

It has all the entries of human miRNAs and it is a standard database for miRNA for most of the species.

    Hope this helps.
