colour the subtree used phylo3d

is there anyone have used the program phylo3d, i want to konw the
detail how to colour the subtree.

i'm not sure with the phylo3D. but, u can edit tree using MEGA.

yes, i try the mega, but my tree is a big tree with about 1000 sequences,i want to used the phylo3d to get a 3d phylogenetic tree,but i dont know how to colour the subtree, phylo3d is a java base program,not GUI.

 

I DONT THINK MEGA IS A GOOD PROGRAM TO SHOW A BIG TREE.
