I am a recent graduate of the University of North Texas and I received
my degree in Radio, TV, and Film. My career goal is to work in the
music industry. I would love to work in the A & R department at a
major label, but my lifelong goal is to own my own label. I worked
for the Dallas branch of Universal Records; G4 Muzik for almost 2
years and I learned so much about the business side of running a
label. I worked with recording artists like Bun B, Slim Thug, Lil
Wayne, PlayNSkillz, and various Dallas rappers while I was there. I
have a very good ear for talent and I appreciate and love all genres
of music. I am extremely motivated and I always give anything I do
110%. I will be able to benefit my team and especially the company
that I want to work for by being a positive light, a hard worker, and
always there for anyone on my team that needs help.

I am Rogers Lee Baxter Jr. I have recently graduated from South Carolina State University with a degree in Music Industry. I am aspiring and on the road to becoming a successful music producer. I'm a member of a local group called Tha Majorz, and currently working on starting a entertainment company. As an upcoming producer, i have learned so alot about the industry and what it takes to stay in it.  I am very creative, i love music, determined, team player, motivated, and a hard worker. Music is my passion and i believe that I would make a positive contribution to any team or organization.
