jadi maksudnya apa kalau udah habis masa kontrak, bisa nego gaji kah ato udah boleh keluar tanpa pertanyaan HI-RET atau HI-POT gitu. Tapi kalau caca firth gak mungkin di lepas kan super HI-RETENTION. sek aku dengar udah deal dengan extraman kapan berangkat.
