Waduh jadi berpikir lagi nih trus ndak enaknya apa lagi pak de karena kalo dari ceritamu di face book dan milis kita kamu ceritanya yang enaknya mulu sih jadi aku ikut melamar kesana, dan aku kemarin kasih patokan gaji minimal 21000 per tahun dan kalo kurang dari itu sih aku juga gak mau, trus alfianus dan opel gimana disana mulai gelisah juga kah dan kalo staff di thiess anak istri di tanggung 100% kalo disan gak ada kah ces dan kalo kita asuransikan mereka apakah kita masih kurang aman pakde dan untuk jaminan kerja disana kita gimana pakde apa kita di anggap seperti anak kecil atau kita di hargai sebagai orang skill yang mana kita ikut serta dalam menentukan strategi maintenance. Kl kita di anggap sebagai helper ya kurang menarik dong, sebab Oni kemarin menyarankan aku untuk kesana mumpung masih muda katanya perlu mencari pengalaman, jadi aku tertarik dari ceritamu dan oni langsung deh kirim lamaran.
Mohon di ceritakan semua ya pakde plis aku lebih percaya kamu karena kamu teman satu group dan aggota saudara group 9, plis ya pakde biar saya tidak salah langkah.

Rosternya 42 hari di bagi tiga shift jumlah aja jd berapa? trus dari kerja mlm ke siang ada off 2 hri son? ya teman2 disini sama aja mas, ini aja banyak rencana mau keluar mas, kalo gaji ada yg USD 17000 dan 20000 per tahun mas. pikir2 aja dulu, tp semua ya terserah mas erry toh saya cuma kasih info saja begini keadaan di sini?

Ya kalo menurut saya kalo di thiess dah punya posisi buat apa keluar mas, karena anak istri setikdaknya kalo sakit masih ada yg tanggung, trus disini kita kerja mas seperti kuli serabutan, trus bos2 nya ini yang terkadang bikin kesel mas selalu plin plan kalo ambil keputusan, dan tidak mau dengar saran kita mas? trus medical cuma kita yg di tanggung tetapi kalo kita sakit di indonesia perusahan tidak tanggung itu mas, ya sekarang terserah mas erry aja mau kesini buat cari duit ato cuma sekedar pengen tau ato ada ato yg lainnya???? disini roster kerjanya 2weeks day 2week2 nigth 2days off 2weeks day 14 days off ya kurang lebih gitu mas. coba di pikir lagi mas......... jangan menyesal nantinya, jujur saya menyesal kesini mas........

Son kmu mau ke laos kah? apa sudah dipikir2 mas? disini tidak seperti yang kamu bayangkan loh kalo menurut saya situasi kerjanya kurang bagus mas, terutama bos2nya trus tuk masalah medical kita kalo lg di indonesia tidak di tanggung loh, coba dipikir2 dulu mas? sebelum berangkat? tapi kalo tujuanya cari duit ya itu tergantung mas nya, Soalnya jannes minta sy buatkan reference cek list punya mas. dipikir dulu mas karena posisi di THiess kan dah lumyan tuh mas.
