Lisa and I were talking today and we want to try and organise this logbook things between us as much as possible. Jeanette told us that a person from each group will probably be called in at the end of May. In order to facilitate things amongst us I think it would be best if we create a set format and everyone uses that so that when we share cases we don't waste time formatting. I know that some of us mentioned doing them handwritten and I myself have some which are handwritten too however I think this will create problems when it comes to sharing cases as we have to stay copying the cases from each other in our own handwriting u hekk. So ideally we should at least type the cases we want to share with each other. If we share 15 -20 each I think we should compile a good logbook. Of course I am open to your suggestions and opinion. Also I realise that some of you might prefer doing the logbook on their own and that's fine as well of course. I was thinking of creating a group and a folder on drive to facilitate sharing of cases.Therefore:
a) Those interested in taking part in this kindly reply to this e-mail thread so that I can include you in this group.
b) Once group is created one of us can create a set format to follow
c) We can discuss other things that need sharing such as description of procedures etc... imbaghad niftehmu
d) Those taking part in this would ideally prepare a list of cases that they already have so that we can see what each of us can contribute from his/her pool and check whether we need any new cases to increase variety. Shall we say we present this list to each other by Thursday so that by Friday we can divide work?
We can discuss in person tomorrow any queries and ideas you might have.
