EXTRA TUTORIAL EMAIL TEMPLATE

Dear Dr/Mr (insert tutor’s name here),

 

I hope this e-mail finds you well. I am a 5th year medical student and I am contacting you on behalf of my group members. Part of our final clinical examinations in June will include a station in orthopaedics/ interpretation of radiographic images/ a station in vascular surgery/ a station on lump examination (adjust as required). As a group we feel that we could benefit from some extra teaching on the topic. I wanted to ask if it might perhaps be possible to organise a tutorial with you on (insert topic of interest as required) sometime during the coming weeks. As from next week we will not have any clinical attachments and will thus be available at any time during the day, including mornings, should it be convenient for you to hold this tutorial.
