4. Go to Seminar Room 3 on 8-8-2011, Monday (4pm - 6pm) for booth registration.
Get you BOOTH NUMBER.
Pay deposit for your booth : OIC,PG,FYP (1 booth) - RM20 and ETP (2 booths) - RM30.
Hand in your hardcopy of ABSTRACT.
Check your details that you have entered in online form :
a) FULL NAME of every team member
b) MATRIC ID of every team member
c) GENDER of every team member
d) IC NO / PASSPORT of every team member
e) PHONE NUMBER of every team member
f) DEPARTMENT of every team member
g) EMAIL ADDRESS of every team member
h) FULL NAME OF SUPERVISOR with complete affiliations
5. On 10-8-2011, register at Secretariat booth (Circulation) to get your participant name tag at 7.30am.
Every group is required to bring your own extension wire.
Get prepared for judging session by 9.00am.
