WHAT YOU NEED TO DO?

1. Fill in your IPR form and get endorsement from your supervisor by 11am, 8-8-2011, Monday. 

Bring the IPR form during booth registration.

2. Provide ABSTRACT in BOTH Hardcopy AND Softcopy

    Send SOFTCOPY of abstract to secretari...@gmail.com by 11am, 8-8-2011, Monday.

    Submit your HARDCOPY of abstract during booth registration.

3. Register online by 11am, 8-8-2011, Monday (except OIC)

4. Go to Seminar Room 3 on 8-8-2011, Monday (4pm - 6pm) for booth registration.

    Get you BOOTH NUMBER.

     Pay deposit for your booth : OIC,PG,FYP (1 booth) - RM20 and ETP (2 booths) - RM30.

     Hand in your hardcopy of ABSTRACT.

     Check your details that you have entered in online form :

If representatives are sent during the participant registration, ensure that the representative have all the required details such as:

a) FULL NAME of every team member

b) MATRIC ID of every team member

c) GENDER of every team member

d) IC NO / PASSPORT of every team member

e) PHONE NUMBER of every team member

f) DEPARTMENT of every team member

g) EMAIL ADDRESS of every team member

h) FULL NAME OF SUPERVISOR with complete affiliations

i) TITLE OF PROJECT

5. On 10-8-2011, register at Secretariat booth (Circulation) to get your participant name tag at 7.30am.

    Every group is required to bring your own extension wire.

    Get prepared for judging session by 9.00am.

FROM SEDEX----> To all participants, due to time constraints, the submission of abstract have been postponed to 10th August 2011 by 5.00pm.

Don't forget to register online by 11.00am 8th August 2011 and go to Seminar 3 on 8th August 2011 to register for your booth. We will be there from 4.00pm to 6.00pm.
