QA Test Manager – Remote (Texas Preferred)
Client: Texas Workforce Commission (TWC)
Duration: Through August 31, 2027
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager to lead testing efforts for enterprise applications supporting NASWA SIDES data exchanges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies
* Perform manual API testing using Postman and/or SoapUI
* Conduct end-to-end integration testing
* Validate XML and JSON payloads
* Perform SQL-based backend data validation
* Lead UAT, regression, performance, accessibility, and interface testing
* Manage defects throughout the SDLC
* Coordinate testing schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications
Required Experience:
* 4+ years of QA/Test Management experience
* Strong manual testing background
* API testing expertise (Postman, SoapUI)
* Integration and third-party interface testing
* SDLC/STLC and QA methodologies
* Selenium, UFT, JUnit, or similar tools
* UAT and regression testing leadership experience
Preferred:
* DB2 and SQL Server
* Jenkins, Maven, CVS, Ant
* ALM Octane
* NASWA SIDES or government data exchange experience
* State of Texas project experience
