We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Procurement Functional Lead with strong expertise in Procurement, Retainage, Construction Contracts, and Purchase Orders. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft v9.2 and a solid background working within the Public Sector.

Required Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience with PeopleSoft Financials (v9.2) — specifically in the Procurement module.
Deep understanding of Procurement, Retainage, Construction Contracts, and Purchase Orders.
Prior experience working in the Public Sector.
Proven track record as a Functional Lead on complex PeopleSoft implementations or upgrades.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
