We are looking for your support in identifying strong candidates for multiple SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst openings tied to a large-scale financial system implementation. Please review the details below and share any qualified candidates you come across.
Role Overview:
We are hiring Business Analysts to support an SAP S/4HANA / Ariba implementation, specifically aligned to financial workstreams. Each BA will own a primary workstream and serve as a secondary backup for another.
Key Requirements:
Must have hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience within at least one of the five core workstreams (S2P, O2C, H2R, B2R, A2R)
Strong background as an SAP Business Analyst supporting financial modules
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
Proven experience leading or supporting testing phases (UAT, SIT, regression, etc.)
Ability to interact with senior leadership and present status updates
Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and SAP financial processes
What We’re Looking For:
We need polished, consultative Business Analysts who can bridge business and technical teams, drive requirements, and lead testing efforts end-to-end within SAP S/4 financial implementations.
