Forums on Monitoringforge.com

Have they completely done away with all the forums on
MonitoringForge? If so, are the posts that were there available
anywhere else now? There were some useful posts that I used to refer
to and would like to be able to view the information again.

Actually, the forums were hosted separately from MonitoringForge. We
moved away from them because the spam levels were very high and the
way it was tied into a number of other systems made it impractical to
upgrade our way out of the problem. We also recently updated the
technology serving our web site and a decision was made to drop the
locked forums. This included the archived material.

We still have that data and are actively working on an alternative to
Google Groups which should give back the level of utility that was
once available. I apologize for the nature of this transition and
hope that we will soon have the new solution in place. We will post
to the GroundWork Google Groups with details when they are available.
