Is this project "dead" as in being commercial only now?

I see no links to any downloads since 2009 on the SF page. www.groundworkopensource.com only lists enterprise info, and has effectively killed their forum for the community version. The SF page is effectively not being updated with any information, and clicking link to gwos.com just points everything back to the enterprise only site.
Can someone provide an update?
