Problem building from SVN

When trying to build from the SVN trunk, Maven tries to retrieve gw-josso-ws-client-1.8.2.jar, which doesn't seem to be available in the places it's checking. One of the Maven repos (geneva.groundwork.groundworkopensource.com) can't be resolved via DNS at all. I also tried geneva.groundworkopensource.com and groundwork.groundworkopensource.com and none of these worked.
Is this host supposed to be publicly available?

At present we do not support building the full CE product from
source. You can build Foundation from source, but not all of the
pieces related to Jboss etc. The reference to 'geneva' is an internal
server at GroundWork when the public components of the product are
pulled in to build the Enterprise product.
Let us know what you need to do and we will see what help we can
provide.

I was trying to build Foundation from trunk and it fails as follows:
