Manuel is home!

In a country where you rarely hear "He was shot and LIVES," it's great
to pass on this latest update from George regarding Manuel's
condition! We thank God for Manuel's tremendous progress, thus far,
and pray that he gets stronger each day. Yay, God!!

To all,

Happy news today. I brought Manuel home to the shelter just after
noon. Although he has made a remarkable recovery, he still has a long
road ahead of him, but he has youth and a very positive attitude on
his side. All of our youngsters returned to the shelter after a day's
work at our carpentry shop noticeably pleased and excited to have
Manuel home safe and well. Their company will also greatly help Manuel
continue to move forward.

I cannot tell you how much your concern and words of encouragement
have meant to me, but thank you most of all for keeping all of us in
your thoughts and prayers throughout the last 10 days. I know that you
will still pray for Manuel's future healing. Thanks in advance for
continuing to care.
