The cloudy, wet weather urges us to catch every warm ray of sun that we can before the ice and snow come for good! We here at Groundswell are preparing for the winter, taking down the tomato stakes, counting pumpkins and sorting receipts.  There is still a lot of harvesting to be done as well- carrots, beets, celery root, parsnips. Also this week you will get squash, and potatoes and onions- we have four weeks left of CSA veggies, for your fall soups stews, and storage don't miss out.

Wednesday Grand Rapids folks - please come to Wellhouse, the roads are open and ready for parking.  600 Cass at Pleasant is the corner for those who may have forgotten, just two blocks west and one block south of the park. See you there.

This Sunday we will have a potluck with pumpkin carving and a straw bale ride.. Come share the festive occasion of celebrating the harvest with us. You will also get a chance to say farewell to Anna and welcome Tom to the farm!

Organically,

Anna
