Welcome Tom Cary to Groundswell

Dear CSA members, 

Thank you Kevin etc. for your question!

In my last e-mail I unwittingly left out a significant piece of information about the future of Groundswell.  Groundswell Community Farm will continue doing the same thing, providing delicious seasonal produce for you for years to come.  

Tom Cary, Katie's partner, will be filling my role of farmer at Groundswell next year. He has extensive experience working with farmers, market's and currently works two days a week with us. He also is the chicken guy - many of you have bought his pasture-raised chicken, as if that weren't enough to keep him busy he works at Little Rooster bakery, baking delicious organic breads.  He keeps us all laughing at the farm joking around and keeping us fed with bread and cheese.  

Those are just the highlights- hope you have fun getting to know him more- especially in Holland he will be helping out at the CSA pick-up on Tuesdays when Katie goes back to school.
