some changes today

I'm going to be making some changes in the viewer today:
(1) I think I'm going to break up the idea catalog and assignment
interface into three separate mapwindow chains, mostly identical. More
or less there will be a (idea catalog/assignment editor) pair for each
of the following: (a) planning a two person rendezvous, (b) planning a
larger meeting at a landmark, and (c) planning a complex sequence of
actions, like leaving notes for others, etc. I'm not sure how this
functionality will be distributed across apps and internal URLs, but I'm
going to try to implement it today.
(2) I've also spent some time cleaning up the foundation/gclib_* stuff,
and will be checking in cleaner versions, with some files renamed,
today. Sebastian, certain functions will move between files, and some
unused ones are deleted, but the function names themselves are mostly
the same.
