[groowiki] Groowiki implements work flow in SNAPSHOT version

As you could see there is a work flow feature on the road map of
Groowiki. (If you did not see it have a look at the www.groowiki.com
homepage.) There was a vote raised in September on the priority of
work flow and indexing / searching. Work flow won.

Since users are the major drivers we decided to develop work flow
features prior to indexing and now we reached a major milestone in the
development: the first workflow implementation was executing in
groowiki 1.1.2-SNAPSHOT version.

Keep tuned for more information on the features soon the next release
will be out.
