What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. cannot access URL
http://groovypp.artifactoryonline.com/groovypp/lib-releases-local

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the listing of the artifacts of groovypp, I see instead a Tomcat
NullPointerException

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Browser, and build gradle scripts not working on Linux-Ubuntu

I think Groovy++ has been retired ?
