Forget all the rules. That’s what we did when we created virtuwell. At virtuwell™ we began with the idea that health care should be simple, convenient and affordable. We use these techniques to ensure that we continually deliver exceptional value to our consumers. We expect our team members to craft work of the highest quality and in turn keep our work environment stimulating and our hours sane. Zach is spot-on here, and I will add that we are a highly motivated and friendly bunch working with really cutting edge stuff. In addition to the flexible work schedule, we're flexible on tools as well: bring your own preference of machine, IDE, and tools in general, whatever you need to build great things.

If you're smart and committed to writing high-quality software, talk with us. Email us. Ask to have a lunch or coffee meeting to talk more, or find us at the GUM or JS monthly meet ups at Refactr. We're an open door and looking for more great people to add to our team and keep Minneapolis on the map as a bastion of excellent Grails development!
